Lauren C. Ferguson

Description

Dr. Lauren Ferguson, MD, graduated from Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. She completed a chief year at UVA where she focused on teaching, curriculum improvements, and informatics. Currently she is an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Utah. Her primary clinical interests include newborn medicine, breastfeeding, mental health, and ADHD management. Her research interests are in clinical informatics and quality improvement, particularly in implementing efficiency measures to improve the physician and patient experience in the clinic.
