J. Fredrik Grimmer, MD is a Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. He is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.
