Dr. Carole Baraldi, M.D., is an associate professor in the Division of Geriatrics and a faculty member at the George E. Whalen Veterans Affairs Medical Center Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC). She is board certified in Geriatrics and Hospice and Palliative Medicine and is a Certified Medical Director in Post-Acute and Long Term Care.
