Elizabeth Penner, MD, MPH, Assistant Professor (Clinical), earned her medical degree at University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She earned her MPH at Harvard School of Public Health. She completed her general Psychiatry residency as well as her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine/Creighton Residency combined program, and is board certified in both Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
