Ram Nirula, MD, MPH, FACS, is a nationally recognized trauma surgeon, surgical intensivist, and academic leader in general surgery. He currently serves as the Division Chief of General Surgery and the Dr. D. Rees and Eleanor T. Jensen Presidential Endowed Chair of Surgery at the University of Utah, where he is also a Professor of Surgery with Tenure.
