Dr. Nick Monson, Associate Professor, (clinical) is a board certified primary care sports medicine specialist within the Orthopedic Department of the University of Utah. Dr. Monson specializes in evaluation and treatment of spine, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee and foot and ankle issues. He also has special interest in concussion management and treatment of chronic tendon issues. Dr. Monson utilizes ultrasound for diagnosis as well as for guidance of injections allowing for rapid assessment and treatment.
