Alan Davis M.D., PhD is the Medical Director of Quinney Rehabilitation Institute, an acute 18 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. He is also the Chief of Staff for Promise Specialty Hospital, a long term acute care hospital where he provides rehabilitation consultant services for medically complex patients.
