Jennifer J. Trauscht-Van Horn

Jennifer Trauscht-Van Horn is a women"s health provider in the University of Utah Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is medical director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic and Madsen Women"s Health Clinic. Her areas of focus are obstetrics, contraception, and infectious disease with a focus on HIV. She is medical director of Planned Parenthood of Utah and is the Clinical Supervisor for the Sale Lake Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners. Dr. Van Horn attended Amherst College and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Utah. She has served on the University of Utah Healthcare ethics committee, the board of the University of Utah Medical Group, and is the obstetrics and gynecology ambulatory Chief Value Officer. She is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
