Rebecca Purtell

Description

Dr. Rebecca Purtell is an Instructor in the Pediatric Inpatient Medicine Division at University of Utah and takes care of hospitalized children. She received her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. During residency, she was recognized both nationally and regionally for her advocacy project to help children become more active though safe cycling. Dr. Purtell’s interests include improving the quality of care of hospitalized children and medical education.
