  • Judd E. Partridge, DMD

    Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

    Dr. Partridge grew up in Utah and received his undergraduate education from Utah State University where he served on the President’s Leadership Council. In 2002, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry graduating summa cum laude. Dr. Partridge completed his extensive surgical training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 2006. He has published articles in the peer-reviewed Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After his surgical residency, Dr. Partridge proudly served in the United States Navy as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and lieutenant commander. He served at a naval hospital in Beaufort, South Carolina treating Marines and sailors. At the end of his tour, Dr. Partridge was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Medal for his service.

  • Matthew N. Maxfield, DMD

    Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

    Dr. Maxfield grew up in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. He attended Brighton High School then served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Tampico, Mexico. Following his missionary service, he studied Biology at the University of Utah. After he completed undergraduate studies, Dr. Maxfield attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top of his class. He was accepted into an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, where he served as chief resident. His training included extensive experience in the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery including office and hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training. He continues to practice the full scope of his profession enjoying work in both private practice and hospital trauma. Dr. Maxfield has lectured to many groups including the Virginia Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons on current therapies in facial trauma. He is engaged with the American Association and Utah Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons where he participates in the continuing education curriculum. Dr. Maxfield is fluent in Spanish and has participated in mission trips to Central America where he has helped children with congenital or acquired facial deformities. Dr. Maxfield and his wife, Heidi, have four wonderful children. They enjoy boating and winter sports and playing all kinds of sports. In his free time, Dr. Maxfield can be found playing his guitar, competing in tennis, and participating in CrossFit.

  • Adam C. Stanley DDS

    Dr. Stanley values being a person that his patients can feel comfortable with and in whom they can have confidence – that they are receiving the best care possible. It is important to Dr. Stanley to make every effort to accommodate patient concerns and keep their experience as comfortable and anxiety-free as possible. Coordinating patient treatment with their general dentist and/or physician is a very important part of our care and we take extra care to communicate effectively with our referring doctors. Dr. Stanley is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is constantly involved in continuing education to be aware of the latest advances in the field. This ensures his patients are receiving the best standard of care possible. After attending the University of Utah, Dr. Stanley graduated cum laude from the Creighton University School of Dentistry, receiving multiple recognitions and special awards in oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Dr. Stanley completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Later, after practicing for several years in Omaha, Nebraska, he returned to his home state of Utah. Today he lives in South Jordan with his wife, Lisa, and their four children. He has multiple interests but maintains that his only real “hobby” is his family. Dr. Stanley’s family is extremely important to him and he strives to treat every patient as if they were a member of his own family.
